EXCHANGE PROCESS
YOU HAVE 30 DAYS FROM THE TIME OF DELIVERY TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM TO US FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY. IF LATER THAN 30 DAYS A LATE FEE OF $50 WILL BE CHARGED. IF 60 DAYS HAVE PASSED WE WILL NOT ACCEPT AN ITEM FOR EXCHANGE. TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN EXCHANGE, THE PURCHASED ITEM MUST BE UNUSED (UNWORN AND UNWASHED), STILL IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND STILL HAVE ALL HANG TAGS AND LABELS ATTACHED. A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT OR PROOF OF PURCHASE INCLUDING THE ORDER NUMBER MUST ACCOMPANY THE EXCHANGE TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A CREDIT OR EXCHANGE.
ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR ITEM, WE WILL LET SEND YOU AN EMAIL ACKNOWLEDGING THAT WE’VE RECEIVED THE ITEM THAT YOU EXCHANGED AND THAT WE ARE EVALUATING IF IT IS IN THE SAME CONDITION AS WHEN IT WAS DELIVERED TO YOU AND WHETHER IT MEETS OUR OTHER REQUIREMENTS FOR EXCHANGE. WE WILL EMAIL YOU ABOUT THE STATUS OF YOUR EXCHANGE WHEN WE FINISH OUR INSPECTION.
RESALE
OUR PRODUCTS ARE NOT AUTHORIZED FOR RESALE. WE DO NOT ACCEPT FOR EXCHANGE ANY ITEM PURCHASED FROM A THIRD PARTY. ANY ATTEMPT TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM NOT PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM US WILL RENDER OUR EXCHANGE POLICY VOID.
EXCHANGES
WE ONLY REPLACE ITEMS EXCHANGED TO US IF THEY ARE DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED. TO REPLACE ITEM OR RECEIVE STORE CREDIT, SEND US AN EMAIL AT kimberthebrand@gmail.com WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER
GIFTS
IF THE ITEM WAS MARKED AS A GIFT WHEN PURCHASED AND SHIPPED DIRECTLY TO YOU, YOU’LL RECEIVE A GIFT CREDIT FOR THE VALUE OF YOUR ITEM. IF THE ITEM WASN’T MARKED AS A GIFT WHEN PURCHASED, OR THE GIFT GIVER HAD THE ORDER SHIPPED TO HIMSELF, HERSELF, THEMSELVES, WE WILL ISSUE A STORE CREDIT TO THE GIFT GIVER AND HE, SHE, THEM WILL BE NOTIFIED ABOUT YOUR EXCHANGE.
